蒸魚之前的擺設樣子

今天蒸了條魚, 好感動~~~超好吃~~~
我以為我這條魚可以讓我吃兩餐,
誰知道....實在是太好吃了~~~~~~
一餐就把魚都吃完了......
突然間愛上蒸東西,
明天就弄盤清蒸醉蝦....呵呵~~~開心開心......

蒸好了的魚. 看到嗎? 蒸氣還在冒著呢...呵呵.....

蒸魚步驟:
1. 把魚去鱗, 內臟去除乾淨.
2. 然後從肚子把魚切開, 好讓魚可以趴著.
3. 把好幾根的青蔥鋪在盤子上面.
4. 把魚"趴"在青蔥上面.
5. 將薑切絲和蒜碎粒一起鋪在魚的身上.
6. 最後就是調味. 少許紹興酒, 醬油以及一點點的味精.
7. 蒸5到10分鐘, 魚肉就會剛剛好, 嫩嫩的, 蒸太久魚肉會變得很硬.
