薑蔥田雞

擺盤不怎麼樣的薑蔥田雞

蘇菲亞有很多不吃的食材,田雞是其中一個。
這次所用的田雞肉是同學從超市買來的冷凍品。
畢竟還是Frozen 的,田雞肉終究還是缺了一份新鮮肉質該有的彈性。
掙扎於薑蔥還是宮保,
最後還是選擇了薑蔥煮法。=)

對啊,正所謂七分食材三分工夫。只要食材新鮮就已經可以過五分了,煮得再糟糕,至少及格嘛。
