薑絲蛤蜊湯

最近天氣開始有點冷,
所以想弄一些可以讓身體保暖的食物來慰勞自己.
薑絲蛤蜊湯是我在冬天偶爾都會煮來喝的湯.
雖然蛤蜊是不是新鮮的(是包裝的),
也不是每個人都喜歡蛤蜊的味道,
但是薑絲絕對是我在天氣冷的時候,
很喜歡用的食材之一. :)

i luv those bgs of dumplings from teh asian market. i had a chinese frin in highschool and his mumw due always make those when i came over

I made dumplings sometimes.
I bought the dumplings' skin from the asian market and the ground pork to make them.
