豆腐二重唱之相腐相成

這次做的是用一塊豆腐煮兩種味道的冷熱豆腐.

先把整塊豆腐用熱水蒸一遍,

然後切成兩塊.

一塊迅速放入冰凍的冷水裡去,

另外一塊就直接放在碟子上.

然後開始把碎肉川燙(去油)後再加入醬油小炒一番,

最後加入青蔥就可以一點一點的鋪蓋在熱豆腐上面,

熱豆腐的部份就算完成了.

冷豆腐的部份就更簡單了.

將日本醬油(如果沒有的話就用一般醬油加點熱水把醬油調稀)淋在豆腐上面,

然後再加上柴魚片和青蔥就完成了.

*柴魚片志在於大片不在於量多; 冷豆腐的青蔥則是optional, 不加也可以.
